Imagine you’re playing a game that has a difficult win condition.
You’re in a room where you’re flipping coins, and only the last person standing who has managed to flip heads each and every time will win.
You can measure your success by whether or not you win. Or you can measure your success by whether or not you had fun in the game.
You get to choose your metric of success, and it’s likely you’re playing a similar game right now – it might just not look like a game.
