People talk smack on day jobs.  

We’re enamored with people who can quit their jobs and do what they love. We celebrate brave entrepreneurs (those that have been successful in making lots of money). We write click-bait articles about celebrities that have fallen from stardom (note this language) and work a 9-5 job now.

I’m not saying you shouldn’t follow your passion, or try to find a job that is also fulfilling and makes you excited to go to work.  

But remember that there’s nothing wrong with doing something you’re good at that pays the bills. Just remember that no matter where you are, or what you do, stay curious and always seek to learn more.  

You’ll find that the day job that you used to hate or belittle might actually start getting interesting again.
