I’m not super claustrophobic, but I’m also not really interested in spelunking or caving, as I hear the kids call it these days, as worming my way through tiny spaces in caves isn’t necessarily my idea of a good time.
I’ve watched The Descent before, and COVID came from bats, so I’m good with my decision to make a hard pass on cave crawling.
That said, what would it look like to face our fears and act anyway?
Might we use our fears and things we’re uncomfortable with -whether it’s caving or marketing or having hard conversations – to grow and evolve?
