Skeletons

Skeletons are the foundation that the rest of our body relies upon. It seems relatively simple compared to the incredibly intricate setup of our organs and nervous system. We focus on building muscle, and only generally think of our skeleton when it gets broken. Also, the path to keeping a strong skeletal structure is mainly habit-based – small consistent lifestyle tweaks you have to keep up over time.

Trust is the same. It’s the foundation of every relationship and interaction we have, yet we usually don’t think about it until it’s gone. Also, trust takes consistent effort to build.

What are you doing today to build trust?
