Oftentimes, we’re our own worst enemy, or largest hurdle to success.
You might find yourself asking someone to please tell you why, yet again, you’re procrastinating instead of working, putting off having a hard conversation that needs to happen, or finding yourself slumped over your desk having slept with your clothes on.
Changing self-sabotaging behavior is difficult, but it starts with taking small steps to build up trust in yourself that you can truly change your own behavior.
Maybe that’s seeing if you can work for another two minutes before you go off and do something to distract yourself. Maybe it’s searching on the internet “how to have hard conversations.” Maybe it’s setting an alarm to stop working (or playing video games) so you can sleep.
What is one small step you can start doing today to build trust in yourself?
