I’m Grateful For Your Contribution

Celebrate the accomplishments of others. Make your team the hero. Accept praise humbly, and don’t deflect it, but make sure you’re constantly celebrating others. 

Have some downtime? Message people and let them know you appreciate what they’ve done. Thank them for their contribution. 

Shout-out others in private AND in public. Let others know that you care about them. Do things to show that you support their work and care.
