Often when we look at an issue, like a manager who hasn’t ever been taught how to lead, we think about how much it’ll cost now.
When faced with the financial and emotional cost of taking action now, it can be tempting to put it off for a later time.
Whether the solution is leadership training, having a hard discussion with them, firing them, or ignoring it and letting them slowly erode the foundations of your organization, whether you deal with it now or later or never, it’s going to cost something, and I guarantee the longer you put it off, the more costly it’ll be.
