Equal and Opposite Force

If you’ve ever taken a physics class, you’ll probably remember that for every force there is an equal and opposite force. Basically, this is why a ball sitting on a table doesn’t move in any direction.

This also applies to life in general. You might be putting a ton of energy into something, but not seeing results. I honestly think that with enough dedication and energy you can make anything happen, but the problem is that the outcome of making it happen might not be worth the incredible amount of time, energy, and resources you may have to pour into it.

It’s a lot easier to not have a successful business than it is to have one.

It’s a lot easier to be terrible at Skee-ball than it is to be a national champion.

That said, the other tricky thing is that you have no idea about how large the opposing force is.

But you won’t know until you try.
