Polymer clay is a clay that requires baking to harden. However, if you leave it out for a long time with baking, it can get brittle and much harder to work with.
There is also a clay softener that allows you to restore the brittle clay and make it more workable.
While it’s good to have clay softener, might it make more sense to just constantly work with the clay you have and work through your supply?
Just as you could always hire me to come and rebuild the sense of trust in your team, might it make even more sense to spend the resources to not lose it in the first place?
