I’ve first-hand realized that I excel in small bursts of activity. I’m more at ease with the flurry and pressure of a sprint than I am with the long haul.
Yunzhe Zhao reinvented her life through month-long sprints, but the thing is that you don’t even need to commit to something for a month.
While I like a month as it’s easy to track on a calendar, and it’s enough time to really try something on but it’s not too long, you could even try a week, or maybe 10 days.
The real thing you need to get clarity around is what are you hoping to change, and what is the minimum amount of time that you’ll need to see actual change occur.
So that begs the question: what small experiment might you start, and how long can you commit to?
