There are two types of riddles.

Fun, simple, silly ones, like: “What kind of donkey climbs ladders?”

There are complex and serious ones, like: “How do we create a work culture that creates belonging for everyone?” 

There’s a time and place for both, but let’s not confuse the two, their importance, or how we go about solving them.
