Little Lessons from Little Humans

I have some friends who have a three year old daughter. When we Zoom, this little kid sometimes wants to take over, and her parents are teaching her to share – her mom, dad, and younger sister all need to get some screen time as well.

I’m not convinced many of us have learned this lesson as adults.

We tell our children to learn to share, to be generous, to be kind.  To help others in need.

Are you practicing what you preach?

Why should we expect our children to listen to what we say when they can clearly see what we do?

Is this any different when creating culture as a leader?
