There are plenty of heroes who have made huge impacts in the world. Martin Luther King Jr. Malala Yousafzai. Marie Curie. The Wright Brothers. William Shakespeare.
We often look to heroes like these for inspiration. To guide us as a role model of how we should live. To bring us wonder and admiration.
But heroism isn’t necessarily about fame or impact. It’s about standing up for what’s right, taking action, or achieving something admirable. If we focus on these metrics instead of fame or impact, then what is stopping us from being heroes ourselves?
The question isn’t if you can become a hero.
The question is will you choose to live like one?
